Each studio is composed of a sleeping area with office on the mezzanine, a separate living space with a pull-out couch, and a terrace.
Bright and air-conditioned, the studios are equipped with individual Wi-Fi access, a Smart TV with international satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with fridge, hotplates and microwave, as well as plenty of storage space.
Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder and may not be suitable for all types of customers.
For your comfort, the accommodations are non-smoking.
The establishment is located at number 41 of the pedestrian avenue Alfred Borriglione.
In addition to its numerous shops, the avenue also hosts tram line 1 which will take you in a few minutes to Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais. The Place de la Libération with its famous fruit and vegetable market, its terraces and its cinemas is less than 400 meters away.

Go to our site, click on “rates and availability” and fill out the online form. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Depending on your situation, we might ask you to provide us with certain supporting documents. In certain cases, you may be asked to provide a guarantor.
Once your file is completed and accepted, we will send you the rental contract to sign electronically. The reservation will be finalized upon receipt of payment of a deposit.
Rental charges (including water and electricity), wifi internet, linen rental, weekly cleaning services for the studios as well as the household waste removal tax are included in the rent. Cleaning or replacement of linens during stays can be offered à la carte as an option.
The property does not have parking. However, you can park for free in the Valrose University car park on avenue Joseph Vallot, 400 meters away. Otherwise, the Q-Park Gare du Sud underground car park a few minutes' walk away offers monthly subscriptions.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
The building is unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. In fact, the building does not have an elevator and the studios are therefore only accessible via the stairwell. Furthermore, access to the mezzanine of each of the studios is via a miller's ladder.
For everyone's comfort, you are asked to smoke or vape only on the studio terraces.
Our apartments are available for rental for a monthly rate including tax starting from 1,150 euros. Our prices include all rental charges (including water and electricity), internet access, supply of household linen and weekly apartment cleaning.
